"Très jolie endroit bien situé !! Personnels très gentils !! Merci beaucoup à tous !! Patrice"

"The staff was helpful and quite accomodating. The hotel is also centrally located. At the time of my stay, there was no functional gym room however there are multiple gyms in the area. I would definetly book this hotel again next time im in Arusha."

"Super Preis/Leistungsverhältnis Mit Frühstück, kein Toilettenpapier Netter Staff :)"

"the facility is good. some stain in the bathroom and toilet. Breakfast is ok. The management is not attentive. The receptionist did not even have reservation when I checked in after I booked through Hotel.com a day before. I had to wait for half an hour for her to contact the manager, who is not onsite."

"DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SLEEP! To begin with, I want to be clear that this is not about the staff, as they were mostly wonderful. Nor is it about the hotel itself as it was nice. Rather, this about the management and the fact that they will take your money and let you suffer horrible consequences. We arrived at the hotel very late on a Wednesday. After getting situated in our room and into bed, we became aware of a loud, pulsating noise outside our room. This noise went on non-stop...

"This hotel is like an oasis in the busy centre of Arusha town, next to the Clock Tower. It is a hotel dating back to the 1930's but the renovations would lead you to believe it was built in the past 5 years. The gardens are luscious with lots of vegetation. There is a pool and gym on site but had no time to check out either. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and knowledgable. The restaurant menu was great for breakfast and dinner, with lots of options. The rooms were clean. Not...

"Everything was great. Lovely room. Great view. One small issue. There were no plugs near the bed, so I had to lug my phone on the other side of the room."

"The staff eas very helpful and nice can't say anything i didn't like would highly recommend"

"They practiced price hiking and charged me $150 for rooms that usually rent $70 per night. Terrible"

"I found Arusha Giraffe Lodge with traditional room setting, named with traditional names and very helpful staff. Bar and dinning were very good and kitchen staff prepared breakfast with personalised timing to suit your time included.I enjoyed staying in this Lodge."

"Staff was great. Sometimes difficult to understand through their accent."

"Vraiment un bel endroit à Arusha . Personnels très professionnels ! Gentils ! Et avenant ! Merci beaucoup à tous Patrice"

"Tucked away with a quiet garden. Big rooms with their own hot water tanks, good wifi and an especially good restaurant."
