"Beautiful property. Convient location. Room impeccable. Staff very helpful"

"when we went down to eat breakfast on a Sunday at 9am the warm trays were empty of food and there was only about 10 people there. It took over 30 minutes for a few warm trays to arrive with little in them and that was it. I think it was poor at this location since never had that experience at other locations."

"Perfect spot minutes from our son outside the city yet close to stores and restaurants . Even tho your across from mall you’re secluded and it’s quiet"

"The staff was really helpful and friendly. My main complaint was the hot tub was out of service"

"room needed renovations badly but was quiet"

"The staff there were so nice and helpful. Chelsea W at the front desk was so sweet, helpful, and easy to talk to ( I see why you are the manager). The shuttle drivers were nice and accommodating and got me to my destination promptly."

"Great place to stay. Comfy. The staff was excellent and friendly."

"Everything was perfect fast and easy check in and check out."

"Continental breakfast was average"

"Room was beautiful and amazing. Everything was perfect, from the views, to the downstairs cafe. Including the location it’s in it’s very close to everything we had come and planned to do. Once again just absolutely stunning on the inside. Staff was also super friendly and attentive, will definitely stay again the next time we come to Baltimore!"
