Of note, the hotel is currently in the process of adding another floor. Once completed, there will be some nice city views from the top floor rooms."

Normally a hotel will offer you an upgrade if they make a mistake Thankfully Expedia provided me with a free of charge upgrade to another nearby hotel (Havana Club Resort) Very unprofessional experience. One of the guest in my party has a serious food allergy and they went out of their way to cook a special breakfast each day for her dietary needs and ensured us staff would be mindful of cross contamination during the food prep process.
