"I asked them to arrange airport transport for me the first 3 times nothing was done the 4th they said it’s reserved 4 hours later I get a knock on my door if I want to reserve transport it’s more money etc… I wake up at 3 am for transport next day theres no transport arranged mass panic breaks out. It’s not the end of the world I just don’t get how it’s difficult to arrange transport"

"The hotel has significant grounds around it and there are lots of birds. It is just outside Arusha and so much quieter and clean air, there is a lawn and pool and tables to relax and socialize while taking in a great view of Mt Meru and all the birds. "Not as shown in pictures. Low key creepy… There was no free airport pickup (as suggested)—we had to pay. No running water, no toilet seat, bugs in the sink, no electrical outlets and very cold. We were also asked to pay twice. On the positive they fed us a nice breakfast. "
