"We didn't stay, we walked in didn't unpack, we left straight away and booked somewhere else."

"During our stay room was perfect and clean location and proximity to amenities were great, location to attractions in the local area were fine as well. The problem arose approximately about 10pm at night when guests directly above our seaview rooms came back from wherever they were coming from, for the next 3 and half hours music, TV were both played quite loudly until after 1am in the morning. "I booked my accommodation last minute and was really pleased with it. The suite was huge and had it's own private and enclosed outdoor courtyard which was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee. My room was well equipped and very clean and spacious. I was able to park right in front of my room and the location is great as there is an onsite restaurant and the beach is a short drive. The check in and check out were quick and easy and staff were friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay...

"Staff were very helpful, breakfast was good."

"Overall great place to stay"

"Wonderful staff."

"Location is good and clean room with decent balcony"

"A great little motel with parking. Facilities are well maintained and quite modern. We stayed in the King room which was quite spacious. The only let down is being given the one room with very little natural light as it was in the corner nook and only 2 small windows only - all other rooms looked like they could have been much nicer."

"Neil is extremely hospitable. Great place to stay. Very clean and well looked after."

"Room was fine , although a couple of issues in bathroom"

"Clean and comfortable stay with delicious Belgian waffles"

"The rooms are very spacious and quiet considering the busy road location. This was the third stay and we still were impressed with everything including the delicious meal in the Bistro downstairs"
