"Room was very unpleasant. The cleanliness was great but the room was very unsettling. We would try and sleep but some type of machine was causing vibrations in half of it so when we woke up we were vertigo and just smelt like animal. Would love to give second chance opinion on not my expense though."

Also had a very dirty mirror and the fronts and sides of the cabinets all needed to be wiped down. Careless dusting of the room. The air conditioning unit was very noisy and had to be shut off in order to sleep. "

"The fact the pool and hot tub were out of order, upsets me greatly. My number 1 reason I book a Hotel is that they have a hot tub. Arriving and finding out it was out of commission greatly upset me, this being the 3rd hotel in a row with the hot tub down. I was very upset, the clerk said I could not cancel without paying the $140. (Expedia rules). looked for another hotel in town with a hot tub there were no others. I really, very strongly believe it was shut down to save a dime. "
