"The property is situated on top of the hill. The view is absolutely beautiful! Our room was simple but very clean and full of all the necessities. The owner was very nice and helpful. The food was tasty! We spent some time in the pool; it is clean and warm. We would be happy to come back! "

"It was impossible to fall asleep until 1 am because of the loud music at the restaurant on the top floor. The air conditioner is a joke. The staff was friendly."

"This is a very nice budget hotel not far from the airport. The property is spread across several houses with amazingly well-kept grounds full of roses. The staff is extremely helpful. They offer a free shuttle from the airport and were able to pick me up in the middle of the night. Their coffee is so amazing! The room and the bathroom is well-appointed and clean. I would stay there again."

"The worse hotel I've ever tried. Inconvenient location far from the centre, you need a taxi. Lots of renovation with annoying banging every day. If you want a peace - do not use this hotel: swimming pool downstairs uses the music from morning until 8pm. It is a nightmare. Being on the 4th floor you can't even talk inside room due to the club music. I have asked to make it not too loud but got very negative aggressive response. Headaches guaranteed BED BUGS in the rooms. Please be careful....

"The hotel room was really big, it just felt a little run down and dated. The hair dryer stopped working, the television didn’t work, the bed wasn’t very comfortable and had a bit of a plumbing issue. The staff were great and rectified the plumbing issue quickly. You could hear bricks underneath the carpet when walking, again maybe just an age thing. A little care pumped into the hotel and a few new things like a mattress, will go a long way as I really liked where it was situated, the staff and...

Det svarte fullt ut til forventningene. Vertskapet er sjeldent vennlig og imøtekommende. Hver morgen ble det servert en solid og smakfull, tradisjonell armensk frokost. "This is a great resort with amazing kind staff. It has two pools. The indoor pool is open all year and the water is nice and warm. You can do lap swimming in one section and chill in the other. It has a Sauna, tons of gym equipment including table tennis tablesbl, exercise bikes etc. The cafe is open from 9 to 9 weekdays and 10 AM to 9 PM on weekends. They got fresh carrot, strawberry, kiwi etc. smoothies. The rooms are super clean and they provide room service each day with a full size fridge...

"Good location Clean Just in Armenia doesn’t have hospitality! Missed an item there and they didn’t help and no answer to many massages I sent! They didn’t help to get taxi and said right way to get to another hotel! I think we don’t want visit this country anymore. They just think about money money more money"
