"We have stayed in the Intercontinental Tashkent Hotel before. Like last time, we had an amazing experience. The staff wad absolutely exceptional. For example, the reception staff Rasul and Mahmoud where truly outstanding. They were very competent, very professional, and very helpful. Every remember of the reception staff and the concierge staff we interacted with was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast staff was also truly outstanding. For example, Anuar was absolutely amazing in providing us professional and truly outstanding service. Everymember of the breakfast staff we interacted with was superb. The hotel location is absolutely great. The hotel staff spoiled us with their exceptional service. We are very grateful. The hotel and the staff deserve the highest rating and highest recommendation."

"We had a wonderful family stay at JW Marriott Hotel Tashkent. The hotel is elegant, modern, and beautifully maintained, but the greatest highlight was the exceptional service. A special thank you to General Manager Ilkin Imanov for his personal attention and to Bekhruz for his warm welcome, professionalism, and genuine care throughout our stay. The team prepared a beautiful birthday surprise for our son Sami, including balloons and thoughtful touches that made the occasion truly memorable. Our room, breakfast, facilities, and overall experience exceeded expectations. This hotel delivers luxury through both its beautiful property and its people. Highly recommended, and we would be very happy to return"

"I arrived in the middle of the night and the reception is open 24/7 - contrary to what is written on hotels.com Room was good, AC working well, hot shower, clean, good WiFi. No noise. Breakfast is very nice though I don't know if they serve anything hot (eggs etc, I didn't ask or check) The highlight is the courtyard. I had to work in the morning and that was such a nice place to work from (and have breakfast too). Staff does not speak much English but it was enough to make it work! "

"My stay at the Swissotel Tashkent was fantastic. The room was large, spotlessly clean and comfortable. I felt right at home instantly. The gym was well equipped and clean, while breakfast service was organized and served delicious food with a wide variety. The biggest asset of this property is its staff. Samandar and Alyona checked me in and were very gracious to grant an extended check out, while Samira and Emilia went out of their way to come up with local recommendations and to direct me to an eye clinic when I had a medical issue. Bellman Mr. Djon was also very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend."
