"Despite the challenges posed by the catastrophic earthquakes in February 2023, this hotel offered the highest level of comfort and hospitality. The staff members were always kind and helpful during my four night's stay. I highly recommend this hotel and will come back if I have another chance to visit the town in future. "

"It’s a great hotel for a quick stop, remember. Not all the staff speak English, but so far, I did manage to communicate with the night shift attendant, at the day shift attendant was easy, he was fluid in English. It’s clean, basic, easy to get from Hatay airport , it has water, coffee, tea. All good just great for a quick stop. "

Personeller gayet güler yüzlü ve bir isteğiniz olduğunda en hızlı şekilde çözebilmek için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Temizlik gayet iyiydi. Kahvaltısı gerçekten bol çeşitli ve çok lezzetliydi. "Annem ve babam 4-6 şubatta depreme bu otelde denk geldiler. Kendileri sağ ve otel ise sapasağlam olarak depremi ve artçılarını atlattılar. Otelde hiç bir hasar yokmuş sadece birkaç şişe gibi şeyler devrilmiş. Otelin deprem sonrasında müşterilerine ve çevre halka tutumu çok yardımseverdi, barınma ve yiyecek konusunda ellerinden geleni yaptılar.
