"A estrutura do hotel, o atendimento da equipe e a localização foram os pontos positivos. O que não funcionou bem foi o quarto que fora contratado como vista para o mar e de fato nao ocorreu pois tinha um edifício a frente tapando 80 % da vista. Quando solicitei a troca para um andar mais alto para atender minha necessidade , nao fui atendido. Segunda situação foi a questão de nao haver nenhum tipo de controle para que pessoas marquem lugares nas cadeiras do parque aquatico sem estar presentes...

"Absolutely LOVED the stay here! Gorgeous views, staff were very friendly and great to work with and sort out any issues (or AC split stopped working for a moment and they quickly resolved the issue). The kitchen amenities helped us make an absolutely stunning dinner one night! This place is great!"

"Staff were genuinely nice all around, the room was a good size and clean, although a little dated. Food was generally good, although not lots of options, but taste wise was nice. Restaurants were also clean and well presented. Drinks options were limited and didn’t include premium brands. Swimming pool area could do with a little improvements. "Jacuzzi, forget its green Foreign staff were amazing, very helpful and sweet. However, the manager and the booking responsible were very rude and rough, not helpful at all. The room is not what you expect, specially at this price point. you can get either same option for cheaper or much better for a bit more in this area."

"The resort was lovely and very close to beautiful beaches. I would come back with my family again in the future. Just remember when you check in to ask where to put your trash as you have to take it outside resort to the street."

Staff extremely helpful when I moved from the first hotel I'd booked (it was awful) Room very clean, shower good although I prefer a cubicle it was ok over the narrow bath. Air-conditioning very good. Breakfast continental but good."

"The location and view were wonderful as was the breakfast buffet. We were able to walk to walk easily into town and the marina.As for the cons, when we first got there, we were not given the room we paid for. They did change us, though. The hotel needs some major updating. Furniture-inside and outside-was old and some falling apart. There were not enough umbrellas poolside. Our blinds would not go down and our curtains would not close, so we got a view of the neighbors. The patio door was stuck...

"Everything as expected. Superb. Sea view. Max the main man looked after us at all times. The service was exceptional."

"Very basic but it had what we needed. Bed was comfy. Didn't use the kitchen but the folding door in front was incredibly stiff and was scared of breaking anything after paying €250 damage deposit. Staff were fine during the limited interactions we had. The location is good but noisy at night. It was fine but I wouldn't recommend."
