Staff was pleasant but very rigid. Everything was an upcharge. Coffee maker not working, called for hot water. Need to pay. No wash cloth in the rooms. Cleaners had a schedule which room to clean. Worst RIU i have ever been

I would definitely stay here again! The immediate surrounding neighborhood is a little run down, but it’s much better only a few blocks over. The property itself is still really nice and its really convenient walk to Casco Viejo.
