"The staff was amazing and very accommodating explaining their ecco commitment. They do not have traditional room air conditioning. The window in our room was small, but did open. As we opened the window there was a breeze. That gave some relief from the heat in our room. The square footage (120 sq. Ft.) in the room didn't work for us.
