My room was clean, very peaceful and had a good sized desk and office chair so I was able to work during my stay. Food was nice and generous portions. The air con was fantastic in this hot weather. Overall an excellent hotel for business. I will be back!"

"This is a really good hotel. The location is great for the theatres and cinema in Nottingham. It's in front of Rock City and a 20 min walk from the station. There are good restaurants nearby but the hotel also has 2 restaurants, room service and bar meals. It's worth upgrading to use the Club Lounge too. Comfy beds, quiet rooms and a bath! Theres a pool and soa too. No complaints!"

"Rooms were clean. The mattress wasn't the best, it was very uncomfortable. Shower in the bathroom wasn't ideal. No hose shower and the water temperature wasn't stable. Staff when you saw them were helpful but the wait to check in wasn't ideal. The walls in the rooms are so thin I could hear other guest from the rooms around me. Breakfast wasn't hot."

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was unable to access my room because the door code provided did not work. I had to contact reception and wait approximately 10 minutes on the phone before a replacement code was issued. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. The bed frame had a sheet of plywood protruding from it, which caused me to injure my knee the following morning. I reported the matter to the hotel and was offered either a...

"We did not receive the service we paid for. There is no 24/7 front desk as advertised. During the whole of our one night stay we did not see a single member of staff. On arrival, we communicated with a man via the doorbell and were told a code to open the door and then another code to retrieve our keys from a cupboard.
