"There were 2 elevators, one out of service during our visit, then the second one also failed, making us all carry our luggage up and down several flights of stairs. The window curtain was torn. The bathroom had areas of what appeared to be mold in the caulking. The bathroom door was a barn door style, and it offered little privacy as it did not close across the opening. The noise from the people on the floor above was excessive. Squeaky and disruptive as they moved about the room. Overall the property was not well maintained. Very disappointing as we have always been big fans of the Hampton Inn brand. I would hesitate before booking another stay with this brand."
