"Great facility, very nice spacious clean rooms and friendly staff. Will absolutely be staying here every time I come to Armidale"

"Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Ideal if you want to stay somewhere for more than one night."

"I enjoyed my stay as always. Thank you."

"Warm comfortable bed and room on a cold Armidale night after a long drive. There was wonderful fire burning downstairs which radiated warmth throughout the guesthouse. A sunroom provided some lovely afternoon sun on arrival. Easy walk into town for an evening meal. Attention to the little details made this guesthouse a great experience."

"Well situated to shopping and restaurants."

"Only overnight, but well maintained and get service and communication from staff"

"Good motel for my overnight stay. Lovely greeting. Shower was good, linen was excellent. Close to sightseeing places in Armidale and many restaurants."

"Good location for overnight stay in Armidale"

"Great hosts. Friendly and welcoming. Excellent value, comfy beds, great lounge and tv, easy parking, 80 mt to the supermarket complex, across from the bowling club, central, yet very quiet. Sure, there are flashier places (and more expensive ones) to stay at, but I would return again without hesitation. Everything you need for a good nights sleep."

"Do not stay here. We had stayed here in the past and thought it was good value for money, so we didn't even think twice about booking it for our trip to Armidale this time. Big mistake!! Obviously now under new management. The place is absolutely filthy. We arrived at 5.30pm, reception was open, heater was on. No sign of receptionist. After waiting around 5mins, called the after hours number. The guy told me our room was open and the key was in our room. I had to ask which room. Never asked our...

"The motel recently renovated into a luxurious motel to stay in Armidale, the staff friendly and the motel rooms and amenities five star."

"Everything was tidy and spotless, but there was a smell in the room and although sheets were crisp and everything looked "clean" the smell alone made it feel unhygienic. I can't put my finger on what the smell was though. The TV in the bedroom also wouldn't connect to the WiFi so we only had a few free to air channels to watch in that room, while the lounge room TV was working fine. The restaurant and bar were convenient. Some dishes weren't great but it was a cosy atmosphere."

"Pros: Good central location for a short stay. The breakfast is basic but good.- cereal and toast, tea , coffee and juice. It was good to have a restaurant onsite for dinner so we didn’t need to venture out. Cons: The shower/bath combo is very slippery and needs to be resealed to stop someone falling. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom and it makes getting ready really slow as the mirrors fog up etc."

"Great place to stay"

"This is my second time at this Motel and the service quality still an excellent as the first time I visited. Recommend to all solo, couple, family or travelers."

"Amazing and friendly staff and tidy room, maybe a bit let down by the breakfast with only cereal and toast but over all pretty good."
