Excelente servicio, limpieza, buena ubicación, tuvimos un problema con la reservacion por error del sistema pero lo solucionaron rápido y disfrutamos al maximo la estadia. Super recomendado. Nos quedamos en tres hoteles del eje cafetero y este fue el mejor.

The only bad thing that the hotel had was it was not Air Condition and it was pretty warm night. Even they gave us fans for the rooms it was not enough.

Muy buena atención, personal muy amable. La habitación estuvo diferente a como creí que sería, algo pequeña pero cumple con el objetivo. Tuvimos unos vecinos ruidosos por desgracia pero no es culpa del hotel. Desayuno aceptable
