Clean, well maintained property. The bedding was clean. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. Everything else was perfect except that the bathroom sink is unusually small to wash your face in and Bathroom lacks enough hanging hooks and a trash can. No place to hang towels or clothes.

The location is close to the airport but 37-40 minutes away from Stockholm. It is convenient because the bus stop is walking distance.

It's close to Arlanda and cheap. The laundry room has no lights, only windows. If you choose to wash after the sun goes down, bring a flashlight so you can see your laundry. The walls are very thin, and I could hear everything very clearly in the rooms next to mine. Be cautious what you say in your "private" room. Your neighbors can hear you. The room was kinda clean. It was very dusty, and there was brown splatter on the bathroom door. The towels had stains and frayed edges. Luckily I travel with disinfectant wipes and my own towels. For the cheap price, I didn't expect much.

Ok for the price. Ok standard with fairly good beds (terrible pillows though). Great with available laundry facilities next to the room. One thing it should have been said in advance in the description, is that there is no possibility to open the windows, and the air condition did not work as expected. The cleaning was not perfect but fairly ok.

The hotel was not what we expected. It was not clean, and there was no dishwashing liquid, shampoo, or toilet paper. There was even hair on the pillows. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations, and we are very disappointed with our stay.

There was no free breakfast, that was straight out untruthful. There was absolutely no airport shuttle. The location was ridiculously far from any tourist site. We needed to take buses and trains to all destinations. Thank God for the circle K located in the building. Expedia certainly failed us. Will not go through your company again.

Nice little apartment with kitchen and all the things you need, the shuttle service was reliable after booking it and showed up at 03:30 on the return to the airport. There is a bus stop right outside too to take you into the city. I would stay here again it’s cheap to rent the apartment 👍

The entry of the hotel is not next to the Quality Hotel express… it’s a bit before, near the round about. It’s not the easiest to find it - once inside, it’s toward the left, up the stairs or elevator, on your right as you come out. You will need the door code 3 times before you get to your room and use the room code

No receptionist to speak with directly at the property! By phone the lady just kept telling me she had emailed me my information for the code to access to the building & my room & would not provide me the information. I waited an additional 3hrs to resolve this issue. The floors looked like they had survived a flood & smelled just as bad! The rooms looked nothing like the pictures! Much smaller, no air conditioning, or windows to open! I was afraid I'd get bedbugs! The smell was so bad I couldn't breath well & kept coughing & sneezing through the night. I was stuck due to lack of funds & lateness of the hour. For the amount of money you save, I will never book this type of service again, nor will I ever recommend it to anyone!!
