"There was a hidden tax charge of the room. That was not informed anywhere. The receptionist stated that if you pay in CLP we did not have to pay the tax, we asked to pay in CLP but then still added the extra tax. The bar was a fridge with wine and beers. We were not told about the facilities of the hotel had to find out by ourselves. Very disappointing "
