The place we rented was not ready to be rented Nothing in the apartment work properly we wanted something back because we suffered for a couple off day's Expedia needs to do a better job reaching this area's before being rented out No satisfied with expedia services

water all over the room. toilet was clogged. the front door locks me out 2 times with my child. i was feeling very unsafe. the sink broke down. i will love a refund but they don't care.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!! Room was not as described wasn’t told of the pool filter not working till after check in, door lock didn’t work right when I let them know they said it might just be batteries. I also thought I had private access to pool didn’t find out till I got there that they booked a different room than that of the one I reserved. Asked for refund so I could just find something else that did match description and was just told sorry. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone ever. I left got another place on Airbnb for the same night. Huge mistake

When i arrived the lock box would not open after 45 minutes of trying finally gave up by the time i recieved a ring from the owner of property i was told cleaning lady had opened it i asked for a pic with the lockbox open and i was told she had other thing to do but i could go there and people world be there to help i was 1 and 30 minutes away the picture i never got but was told to get there and it'd be open, worst exprience after traveling an hour from airport for that lock box to not open to make it worse it was 230 am by the time i was contacted it was 4 pm
