Relaxing environment, my room had a beautiful view over the lake to sit at the balcony and see the sunset. However, they didn't clean the room over my 3-day visit, so it got quickly dirty from daily activities. It would have been good if the hotel provided some simpler utility to sweep the floor.

Bra läge och okej spa, rummen behöver uppfräscha

Vi hade en överlag trevlig vistelse på Holiday Club Åre. Incheckning och utcheckning fungerade väldigt smidigt, och personalen i receptionen var både vänliga och professionella – ett varmt och positivt bemötande som verkligen uppskattades. Rummet vi bodde i var stort och luftigt, vilket gav en känsla av rymd och komfort. Dock märktes det att det börjar bli dags för en renovering, särskilt i badrummet som skulle behöva en rejäl grovstädning. Hotellets spaavdelning är ett stort plus. Den har en äventyrspool där barnen kan bada och leka, vilket är perfekt för familjer. Det finns också en "Saunaworld" med olika bastur och kallbad – en avkopplande upplevelse för den som söker lugn och återhämtning. Tyvärr drogs helhetsintrycket ner något av att en lekstuga i området användes lite respektlöst, där barn sprang, hoppade och skrek utan uppsikt, vilket störde spa-upplevelsen. Läget är dock svårslaget – precis intill tågstationen och med gångavstånd till restauranger och centrum. Ett hett tips är att boka ett rum med sjöutsikt – det är verkligen värt det. Sammanfattningsvis: ett hotell med stor potential och många fina kvaliteter, men där vissa delar av boendet behöver fräschas upp och miljön i spaområdet gärna får regleras bättre för allas trivsel.

Fint hotellrom med plass til alle. Såpedispenserne på badet var tomme og vi fikk dessverre ikke plass på restauranten O’learys på kvelden. Frokosten på hotellet var bare OK- da juicen var vannet ut, det var tomt for brød og kaos i lokalet.

Huone oli tilava, sänky oli ihan OK, mutta patjat jo hieman painuneet. Sama kuluneisuus näkyi myös kylpyhuoneessa ja käytävien kokolattiamatoissa. Vain toinen hissi toimi. Junarata on vieressä, junien ääni ei niinkään kuulunut, mutta aseman kuulutukset kuuluivat huoneeseen ranskalaisen parvekkeen oven ollessa auki, koska ilmastointia ei huoneessa ole.

Trevligt rum. Helt okej säng. Bra att det fanns vattenkokare och kaffe, plus för att det fanns kylskåp. Dåligt städad soffa där kuddarna var slarvigt placerare. Bra möblering, då det fanns bra ytor för förvaring, sittplatser. Bra med stor handdukstork för blöta kläder. Otroligt stökigt på frukosten, enorma mängder livliga barn som såklart inte hotellet kan göra något åt, men kan vara bra att veta. Nästan hopplöst att få sittplats en morgon. Generellt väldigt bra frukost, men slut på en del grejer. Bra kaffe och bröd (när det fanns). Riktigt bra pizza på Eatery.

Hotellet var genomgående väldigt bra. Kändes till viss del lite slitet i förhållande till den övriga och kanske förväntade nivån. Vi kopplade det slitna till vintersäsongen och troligen användning av pjäxor som sliter hårdare på golv. Övrigt var det en bra vistelse!

Trivelig hotell, god service, varmt på sommeren

Reiste hit med mål om å få slappe av, komme oss litt bort, og få badet. Det var tidenes vær, med over 30 grader alle dager. Stod opp,ruslet rolig ned til frokostsalen, og spiste deilig frokost,med god drikke og nydelig kaffe. Fint hotell og glimrende for barn og barnefamilier. Det eneste jeg kan sette fingeren på,er at det begynner å bli litt slitent, godt brukt hotell. Og at det blir svært varmt inne på hotellrommet. Kanskje man skulle ha satset på aircondition?! Var fullstendig håpløst å sove på natta. Ellers bare trivsel!

Vi oppgraderte rommene da det ikke var mulig å åpne veranda døren på det første rommet. På det oppgraderte rommet så manglet det dusjdører. Hotellet er ikke utstyrt med aircondition så i den varmen som var så var rommet kjempevarmt. Kjøleskapet på rommet har en temperatur som ikke er forenelig med kjøleskap(12 grader).

Great gateway in a beautiful place

Big complex with a lot of commodities. I read previous comments and was afraid that I will not enjoy the place. I booked an entire week to have a vacation with my mom. However, we had everything we needed and were not bothered by slightly aged curtains and other not important stuff. Location is perfect to go to the city and for various hikes, breakfast is good and stuff is friendly. The view from our room was amazing although it was facing the parking lot. We used the pool area a couple of times and were also satisfied even though some parts were not working. Overall, I would recommend the place and will come back again.

Nydelig hotell i fine Åre

Holiday Club er et utrolig fint hotell med mange aktiviteter, store rom og nydelig uteområde. Det vises at hotellet trenger litt oppmerksomhet, og begynner å bli noe slitt. På rommet luktet det kloakk på badet, håndsåpedispenseren fungerte ikke, dusjdørene var slitt av skinnene og kjøleskapet som skal være svalt på 12 grader var varmt. Endte opp å kjøpe luftfrisker og egen håndsåpe selv. Med en gang man kommer inn i bassenget lukter det urin, så vi holdte oss i området mot den største sklia. Servicen på hotellet er derimot upåklagelig, og tjeneste i rundt som kidslab, spa, bassenget, kayakomat osv., er enkle og gode tilbud som forbedrer reiseopplevelsen. De som jobber på hotellet er også noe av de triveligste og mest serviceinnstilte menneskene jeg noen gang har møtt. Dette er det absolutt et hotell som det er verdt å besøke både sommer og vinter, og vi kommer til å dra tilbake en helg i blant.
