Excellent comfortable king bed with convenient electrical charging capability on both sides. Very convenient location for access to the downtown area including the ferry, bus and train stations, but far enough from bustle and noise- very quiet. "This is one of the only places in downtown Oban that had off-site parking which was excellent! Be sure to get a cottage room out back. There's only two. They are fantastic."

"The owner Paul is so friendly and helpful really made our stay very welcoming. The chalets are right next to a spar (shop) open late too. Parking was easy and right outside our chalet! The chalet we originally booked had someone in it but Paul upgraded us to the bigger chalet that was so clean and really warm after a long day travelling and spending a day in the rain! We loved the chalet and Paul and we will return again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for making our holiday a great one! "

"We were there during the weekend when the town held a special event about mountain bike. Luckily, the hotel was out of the city centre, so the night was peaceful and quiet. The room was spacious. Only one particularly dislike was that from the bathroom window, the afternoon sun was so strong that we could have got sunburn sitting on the toilet. And there was no curtain on bathroom window. Well, it was a very unusually sunny that day. "
