"The hotel was wonderful — clean, with an amazing view. Staying at a hotel up in the mountains made the experience even more special, and we were lucky to enjoy a beautiful white Christmas during our two-night stay. The service was excellent. The staff were very friendly, approachable, and helpful, especially with assisting us with our luggage. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel."

"Dette var 6. gangen vi besøkte Hotel Castell og vi skal tilbake. Detter er en vintage hotel (111 år) med en moderne tvist. Absolutt alt er bra med hotellet for oss som liker Sveits - det er ryddig, servicen er upåklagelig - det er rent og pent, og så lukter det helt fantaskisk av treverket som er brukt i bygget. Flott resturant og bar, samt et fantastisk hammam bad. Alt i flotte omgivelser "

"Secluded charming place with amazing staffs"

"The rooms were great and spacious with nice closet and hanging areas plus nespresso machines and all the mini bar goodies. The bathrooms were typical european and the only reason for one star removed. small and awful bathtub showers that average to tall heights must stoop to use. My favorite part was the outdoor hot tub and multiple saunas/ red light therapy options indoor in the resting area and outdoor as well. They have a cute bar in spa area that serves to these indoor and outdoor areas as well. The dj lounge and bar was fun. The food was good but the service fo the food at breakfast if ordered was slow so just so the buffet which was plentiful and extremely nice and fresh. We had dinner there one night and slow service but good food. Also a reason for one star gone was the mad clubs were closed and we were not told that at booing so we’re excited for the nightlife element that was non existent. bummer. The location was fantastic with amazing easy access direct from madlein ski room just up and out to escalators and the right onto the main gondola to ski- fantastic!!"
