"PROs: -front desk staff were welcoming and fantastic! received welcome beverage and fresh cookies (yum!) -room service was quick, hot, fresh, tasty and reasonably priced -room was serviced daily, received fresh bottles of water -pool was clean -right on the beach, watched the sunset every night from our patio! -easy to walk through town and access to shops and restaurants! -room was updated and had sizable fridge -good toiletries - could actually use some! -sauna was nice, but in the gym. Took a while to heat up. CONs: -room floor was vinyl tile and was lifting in several spots -cleanliness was sub-par, tub had stains and build-up, patio had debris and broken glass, bath mat was dirty, floor needed a better clean - front desk was very kind and professional, fixed it quickly. -common areas needed some upkeep, pool door was rusty, common stairs and walkways had some trash and haven't been swept/power washed in some time -hot tub was not very warm/hot OTHER: -the smaller lighthouse building does not have a view of haystack, but our patio went straight out on the grass, which was nice but also lost some privacy. -the last night we were surrounded by dogs barking in their rooms. Would like if one building was pets only. -Cookies were great, they run out quick! -We were lucky with good weather, but was nice they provide a shuttle for those who don't/cant walk. "

"Currently under construction for the new “revamp” renovation which I’m looking forward to in the future. I love this place for the convenience of being right on the beach and boardwalk although it’s extremely old and outdated. I was sadly informed the complimentary breakfast IS NOT available until AFTER the construction is over which won’t be finished for at least another YEAR. That amenity needs to be removed from the booking online because the free breakfast was a factor in booking my stay here to save money. Other than that huge inconvenience of no free breakfast, my stay here was decent and the staff was very very kind and friendly which is well appreciated. The room was also clean so no issues there. Can’t wait until construction is over- I just pray they don’t raise the prices to stay here even more when the reno is completed. "

"Rooms were very noisy as in the made a lot of noise. You could also hear everyone’s business. When I requested extra pillows I was told there were none whatsoever. We will not be staying again. "

"As always, a wonderful experience. The room was immaculate and cozy. Parking is super close, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We’ve been staying twice a year since 2023 and the Inn is our favorite place to be in Oregon. Highly recommended."
