"Absolutely horrible. Inpreoaid for the room and let them know I would be arriving in the morning. I even called the day of the arrival to let them know if. However because I didn’t arrive the day/night before they cancelled my reservation and I was forced to find another hotel. Hotels.com or extended stay owes me my money back. How is this possible. I’ll post later to update everyone on this saga."

"Breakfast was cold on day 1 and served late on day 2. Pool appeared to have a film on top of the water and soap bubbles. Toliet in the room did not stop running. Bathroom had a noise like a space ship landing repeatedly. Fitted sheet was so worn that it did not stay on the mattress. Air conditioning unit made loud noises and was difficult to set to a comfortable temperature."

"The first room was not clean at all toilet had poop stains, room was dusty. The second room wasnt all that great and there was no hot water. "

Brittany, the Supervisor, was extremely helpful with our reservation and answered our questions regarding offsite restaurants. I felt that all the staff/team were friendly and available to help when needed."
