Staff were fab, bar was nice & the surrounding area was picturesque. Local nightlife was non-existent though but that's hardly the hotel's fault.

Excellent location

Excellent location. Room was spacious, bathroom was clean and adequate but the shower was rather small, but expected as photos had shown. . Breakfast was excellent and the highlight was the lovely friendly lady that served breakfast.

The room was very basic, but clean. Room has no shower and toilet, you share those facilities with other guests on the floor !

La chambre petite et pas de lit pour bébé compris dans le prix. La chambre irrespirable tellement elle était chaude et pas de ventilation. Nous étions obligé d'ouvrir les fenêtres et nous avions la ventilation du restaurant de l'hôtel avec les odeurs et chaleur. Et pour couronner le tout, l'hôtel se trouve juste à côté de l'église, et notre chambre en face de l'église et donc ça sonne à te faire sursauter dans le lit toutes les 15mine et toute la nuit. Cette nuit d'hôtel rentre dans mon top 3 des pires nuits d'hôtel de la vie.

Traumhafter Ort

Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Als wir um 13:00 angekommen sind hat uns eine Frau aus dem Service angeschnauzt, dass das Check-In erst ab 15:00 Uhr sei. Wir wollten uns nur Umziehen um im See zu Baden. Der erste schlechte Eindruck wurde durch den sehr guten Service des restlichen Servicepersonals mehr als wett gemacht.

Hotel zentral am See

Das Personal ist komplett überfordert und nicht ausgebildet,gilt auch für den Geschäftsführer, kein Umgang mit Kunden. Keine Reception,macht die Bedienung hat aber keine Ahnung vom Job .gibt einfach den Schlüssel ab. Der Fön war defekt.statt mir einen neuen zu geben, bekam ich die Antwort na und kann ich Zaubern.und geht mich nichts an.der Chef dann gab noch zu antwort: sicher? Man muss halt den Schalter betätigen. Er musste dann feststellen im Zimmer dass es gar keinen hat. Einfach unmöglich der Umgang im Hotel.

Wir konnten Fahrrad und Gepäck vor den offiziellen Checkin-Zeiten unterstellen; Checkin selbst erst pünktlich zur vorgesehenen Zeit. Das Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Abluft-Kamin der Küche, also recht laut während die Küche in Betrieb war

Très bel emplacement. Nous avons adoré le restaurant sur place, par contre nous n'étions pas satisfait de la chambre. Les matelas pas confortables du tout, la salle de bain était dangereuse (rideau de douche trop long).

Die Unterkunft usw waren gut. Der verantwortliche MA, bei dem wir eincheckten, war sehr unfreundlich u grossmäulig. Ich hatte 3 Tage vor Ankunft einen Tag unseres Aufenthaltes telefonisch im Hotel gecancelt. Dieser MA akzeptierte es nicht- ich hätte es über ebookers machen müssen! Auf die Frage, weshalb er nicht angerufen u auf den AB gesprochen habe, sagte er mehrmals, das sei nicht sein Job. Das hat mich sehr geärgert!! freundliche Grüsse P. Scharnofske

die Zimmereinrichtung ist nicht 'einfach' (das wäre ok), sondern unbrauchbar: viel zu kleines Lavabo, kein Zahn-/Trinkglas. Laut (Strasse/Kirchenglocken jede Viertelstunde - legalisiert kirchliche Nachtruhestörung). Frühstück Buffet eher spärlich. Personal freundliche.

Acceptable pitstop at a reasonable price

It's Switzerland and affordable so the hostelly vibe is not unexpected. A bit tatty but serves the purpose. Staff are amazing and mostly speak perfect English. The ones who don't were patient with my poor understand of German! I didn't eat at night but the beer garden is nice. Breakfast was OK. Good secure bicycle storage. The town is OK and the lake is pretty.
