Poderia melhorar o atendimento no check-in pois demorou bastante (apenas 1 recepcionista) e foi umas 2h após o horário de inicio da entrada. Além disso, não tinha atendimento no bar, hotel bem decaido por ser um Transamerica.

Embora o hotel tenha passado por uma atualização, ainda mantém resquícios do antigo. Travesseiros péssimos. Chuveiro com muita oscilação de água: ora quente, ora fria. Equipe atencisa e pronta para atender. Limpeza e localização muito boas.

Passeio feliz.

Lugar agradável, delicioso café da manhã e funcionários cordiais. A ducha higiênica do quarto não funcionava, as cortinas ficavam saindo dos trilhos e deixaram cobertores de solteiro ao invés de casal. Éramos 4 hóspedes e deixaram apenas 3 travesseiros e 3 toalhas de banho. Precisam de maior atenção aos detalhes. Falta tambem informações sobre horários dos serviços no quarto e cardápios disponíveis. Mas eu amei de verdade. Os funcionarios são tão atenciosos que tudo compensa.

Recomendo o hotel Transamerica Araraquara

O hotel tem uma excelente localização perto de tudo. O atendimento sempre muito gentil e prontos para ajudar. O hotel conta com um manobrista, o que é um conforto a mais. Lençóis e toalhas são limpos e trocados todos os dias sem custo. Para melhorar, o quarto tinha um leve cheirinho de mofo, mas deixando a janela aberta uns minutos o cheiro se dissipa. A ducha é maravilhosa, porém demorei a entender como deixar a água agradável para o banho, mas nada que não se corrija com uma instrução por escrito ou avisada verbalmente. Se voltar à Araraquara irei me hospedar nesse hotel. Recomendo.

O hotel reservou o salão de festas para um casamento ...as três da manhã eu não consegui dormir por conta do som auto ! Reclamei na recepção! Funcionários foram simpáticos , mas no outro dia no momento do checkout nem um pedido de desculpas! Obs, no momento em que reservei ninguém me avisou que teria uma festa de casamento!

Nunca mais voltarei a esse hotel !

Estive hospedado entre os dias 09 a 10 de novembro ! Houve um casamento que ficou com música alta até às 5 da manhã , não me deixando dormir ! Procurei o responsável , mas não havia nada que ele pudesse fazer ! No domingo tive que viajar com sono pondo em risco a vida de minha família ! No Checkout não houve um pedido de desculpas ! Sempre me hospedei nesse hotel, mas nunca mais ponho os pés nesse hotel novamente ! Sem falar que não penúltima vez que estive nesse hotel quebrou o elevador e o hotel estava lotado trazendo muita lentidão e transtorno , mas isso não dá para previnir !
