Alberto (employee) changed the package I was promised by one of the hotel employees (that quit her job by the time we arrived) and instead of having a prepared package like promised by her, he just said no it’s not possible that she gave you this. Fabulous hotel. Very clean. Staff lovely. Parking on site was a bonus. About 20 minutes walk into the old town. Five minutes to the promenade. We ate in the hotel, it was very nice.
