"For our first time in San Francisco, this hotel met our needs. I was a little disappointed that when we checked in, our attendant simply checked us in and gave us our room key, while the other receptionist provided more information on where those guests were location-wise, offered a map, and so on. "

"Everything is amazing, the biggest con is the parking bc it is $80 per day so we found another parking garage that was a 10min walk. There also isn't a microwave in your room but theres a communal one downstairs. Other than that, we had an amazing stay here!"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. So conveniently located and easily walkable to pier 39, Wharf St the pier for the Alcatraz tours. Excellent restaurants nearby. The hop On hop off bus was great. A must do. 👍 The staff were very helpful. The rooms clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We loved the outdoor courtyard and the games room. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again. "
