"Great service and very clean the staff are amazing we had an incident with my daughter and we had 2 great mangers came to help to check on her the front desk manager subhi Alhaddid and the operational manger who is literally every where on top of everything Mohamed elishi they did a great job to make sure all is good and I can’t forget the amazing chef who made our stay very special with his kidness and generosity esmaeel khwaja and all the great stuff thanks a lot it was one of the best trips...

"Very nice stay at this hotel. There’s a beach directly on the Red Sea with bar and meal service.
The team was at our service the whole stay to answer any request.
Nice rooms and clean.

"Whilst this property has a few things that would benefit from tidying up, or modernising, and the dining options are limited, it is the team themselves who make this a great stay and a really good, reasonably priced, conveniently situated hotel in Aqaba.
The team at this hotel, and especially the management, are well spoken, polite, supportive, and prepared to go every extra mile that they can to support their guests.

"The hotel is really fabulous. Second time there and we’ll return. The room is spacious and magnificent all white clean design.
The food vey extremely good and tasty - We had half board deal and the service is beyond percept. We were upgraded to Panoramic rooms - highly Recommend - just 50 meters for the water line. Can hear the sound of the waves all night long.

"If you wanna know what it’s like to see mars on earth you must come here. There are many camps in wadi rum but this camp is so beautiful. I stood in the dome and it looked exactly like the pictures. The staff are very friendly the buffet breakfast and dinner was perfect. They even provide you a free stargazing tour at night. The tour guide explained the stars in full detail and even took pictures of us. I came here for my birthday and I’m so happy i did. The rooms don’t have a TV but who need's...

"This was one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. The facilities are clean, outdoor pools are large and the private beach makes all the difference. Breakfast was also delicious and the staff make sure you are looked after well.
Specific mention to Saddad at the front desk who looked after us and gave us a really high level of service.
I don’t have any criticism only that there isn’t an indoor pool, and the gym is slightly more dated but still runs well. "
