"Upon check-in, I found that there were no towels or bathrobes in the room. Although I reported the issue immediately, it took about 30 minutes for the towels to be delivered. In addition, the receptionist was not very cooperative at first when I arrived and requested assistance. While the issue was eventually resolved, the initial experience was disappointing and could be improved to provide a better welcome for guests."
