"I was double charged for the room. My receipt states one price for the night. I was billed on my cc a higher price then again an additional charges!! Not happy being overcharged for a bare basic room and then seeing an even higher charge on my cc which should not be there! I called the merchant and no one answers!! I want my money back!!!"

"The room itself was a great set up and spacious. However, the moment we walked in, you could tell it was very hot. I assumed we needed to adjust the thermostat which I did. The bedroom was cold but the living room where my son slept was hot. We were in town to audition at UNT and left early the next day. We did not have a change to tell the front desk until later that evening about the AC. I feel as though the previous guest must have said something as well and this room should not have been available. Maintenance were not able to fix the AC and we had to move rooms. "
