Our room was very clean and well-maintained. The air conditioner worked great and cooled the room with ease, which is extremely important this time of year in Florida. The beds were comfortable. There is coffee available at the front office. The family that manages the property lives on site, and are kind and polite. This is a wonderful place to stay, in a convenient location to town and beaches, that will not break your budget.

It's an older drive-up mom and pop, but it's clean in a good location. Staff was nice, room was comfortable. Well lit and secure.

Very Nice older establishment

It's an older privately owned motel that's in great shape people are friendly the rooms were clean and it's probably one of the best sleeps I've had in two weeks.

Not bad

The owner was very friendly and helpful. The bed wasn’t too good with my back. The a/c, my husband loved. He’s hot natured and loves when we get a room with cold cold air. Very convenient to Apalachicola, be seconds be on Main Street.
