This is a nice hotel; the lobby is fun and the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to the station though if you're walking into town it'll take 15-20 minutes. For a longer stay in Antwerp, I'd probably prefer to stay closer to the center of everything, but for a short stay, this hotel is great. And the breakfast is excellent

Nice quiet and within reach to all amenities, town central, railway, shopping, boardwalks etc. I ate out with friends but I would believe the food is amazing as the breakfast was very good.

Room was clean, breakfast good. But lacking consistent and attentive cleaning, after raising to the hotel that the shower gel and shampoo ran out they never bothered refilling it during our stay. Plus no bathrobe or tea bags in the room and we only got one bottle of water when there were two staying in the room.

Really good and practical.

The hotel is truly wonderful and everything was working perfectly, it is really close to the train station, not really beautiful surroundings but very practical. The breakfast was really good and the restaurant was also very good.

A nice hotel, and a wonderful city

I have to say I was very impressed by the service in the hotel. The location is great. We came out of the end for train station on the backside and there was the hotel. It doesn’t look great from the outside, but once you walk in, you are charmed immediately. Staff was fantastic. The field of the place was Perfect . The room was very nice with big windows and a great view. Thank you.

We stayed on our wedding anniversary and the staff had put on the mirror a congratulations message which was really nice. The view isn't great from the balcony but it is a city after all. Room was big and the breakfast was one of the best Credit to Eoisa/Idea on reception, an excellent ambassador for the Hotel

Everything was fine except the shower temperature that was cold. For improvement it would be nice to be able to set the shower temperature higher. The rest was ok.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, almost attached to the Antwerp Centraal station and a walking distance from the center of the city. The breakfast is very good and always in time. The room was very spacious and quiet
