Dirty and worn down hotel

Looks like something that last had a makeover in the 60’s. Terrible bed. Dirty hallways. Noise from everywhere. Close to non-existing WiFi. And positive tings: location is fine.

Bad room and utilities

Was not able to lock the door when leaving room. Had to bring everything every day. Could not enter hotel after 10 pm, card reader was not working. No towels. Broken tiles in bathroom broken furniture. No cleaning. One super bright light in room. On the bright side this room did not smell and no bugs.

Need support for one night reimbursement, room card key didnt work and nobody was at reception to solve, so i slept out of the room in the floor. This ls really unacceptable and disappointed. Informed administration when doing check out and they told me it was not there responsibility 😡

Not pleased with price and state of hotel

The location of the hotel was quite good, however the overall hotel was appealing for the price as well. I paid €200 roughly for two nights in a family, four bed, room and it was very dirty. The carpet was old and stuck together, the beds were uncomfortable and the cheapest looking, a night stand was broken with an old deodorant left behind it. The room was quite big but the space was not used well. The bathroom was cut out of the room like a square and was an actual box. The bath tub, toilet and the whole bathroom was quite old and cheap looking, with the bathtub being very dirty and the sink faucet was broken. The whole hotel had a weird smell of ethnic food. The staff were nice but I don’t think the hotel was acceptable. The hotel description states there is free parking, however the hotel told me I had to pay. There was no instant coffee either because the hotel excluded breakfast so that could be improved. My stay was ok, but for the price they can renovate a bit and clean more.

The room was dated to say the least. The curtains were not hung properly and were hanging off the rail. There was a kettle in the room but no cups/mugs or glasses. The furniture was in keeping with the decor (70’s). It was very basic and I do t know where to begin describing the bathroom. Would not recommend here at all.

die Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit, einfach schrecklich. Die Heizung konnte man nicht verstellen und es gab nur viel zu heiß. Wir mussten erst einmal die Abflüsse frei machen um uns zu waschen und duschen zu können. Auf keinen Fall wieder...!!!

Ik moest een kwartier wachten voor er iemand naar de balie kwam, in een joggingbroek en crocs. De badkamer zat vol schimmel, de ventilator vol met stof en viezigheid, gore vloerbedekking en het matras was gewoon een stuk bruin schuimrubber met een laken erover. De checkout is 12:00, 9:15 kwam een medewerker ongewenst m'n kamer in. Dit hotel moet gewoon gesloten worden!

Chambre reservée pour 4, il n’y avait que 3 lits Un matelas a été rajouté à meme le sol Propreté de la chambre qui laisse a désirer, on a dû reclamer des serviettes de toilettes qui etaient absentes et qui sont arrivées humides Literie fortement inconfortable Salle de bain des années 70 L’ensemble mériterait un bon coup de rénovation !!!

La chambre ne donnait même pas envie d’y rester et on s’est retrouvée avec des boutons plein le corps une fois la nuit passée. Il n’y a pas de climatiseur donc l’été il fait donc très chaud. De plus la salle de bain avait une odeur nauséabonde, la propreté de la douche laisse à désirer.

decus vraiment decus

mise a part la jeune fille de la reception le reste n etait pas au niveau. chambre vide avec une lampe de chevet cassée pas une deco rien de rien .. la salle de bain propre mais digne des annees 70 ... le balcon etait plein de megots de cigarettes avec une boite de thon pleines a deborder en guise de cendrier exterieur. papiers etuite de gateau bref vraiment pas a la hauteur de 75 euros que ns avons payé. niveau litterie c etait ok. reste a indiquer que toute la nuit un bruit de fuites d eau venant de la salle de bain nous a derangé toute la nuit...

Per un soggiorno di 3 notti abbiamo cambiato 3 volte stanza( in una non andava la tv, in un’altra non andava il riscaldamento quindi abbiamo passato la notte con il freddo)... Pare che non riescano a ricoprire tutti i servizi che dicono di offrirti. La struttura è messa malissimo, iniziando dalle porte delle stanze che sono quasi scassinate e le porte dei bagni che non si chiudono. Appena metti piede sull’ascensore ti viene la paranoia di rimanere bloccato dentro. In tutto il palazzo si sente puzza di cucina indiana che ti fa venire lo sbocco al primo mattino in quando si sente pure nelle stanze. Prevengo già che le immagini pubblicate non sono assolutamente rappresentative di quanto realmente ci si va in contro. Il soffitto delle stanze quasi quasi viene giù e le pareti sono messe malissimo. Durante il soggiorno non passa nessuno a pulire oppure a fare rifornimento, come lasci la stanza la ritrovi cosi. In tutti i viaggi che abbiamo fatto, questo è stato il peggior soggiorno. Peccato che non sappiano realmente il valore della struttura che hanno in possesso…
