"Hotel's facilities are perfect, which is room and resturant, pool, garden. But check in process has big problem. it is not a first time for me. two month ago when I visited here was similar. at that time, hotel couldnt find my reservation, and this time my room was not allocated. it looks your, hotels.com, problem, not Hyatt. and my friend visit here together with me also has problem which cannot find his reservation."
