"The staff is very helpful and welcoming, even with my very late evening check in. I appreciated their warm greetings. The location was not ideal for my short stay, but it was clean - a few things needed repair (door frame and bathroom shower doors were extremely hard to open and shut), but it was mostly clean (the shower floor was questionable) and quiet. "Een parel in Vathy. Vanuit het hotel heb je mooi uitzicht over de baai. Het is heerlijk stil en de kamer heeft een lekker bed, prima badkamer en gelukkig geen saaie ‘trendy’ hotellook. Het ontbijt met veel verse & huisgemaakte producten, en de koffie zijn heerlijk. De eigenaresse is erg lief en gastvrij; we hadden een heerlijke tijd hier en komen zeker nog eens terug. "

Only two things that need improving is the air conditioning is very loud in the bedrooms and living room (although you can leave it on when you go out!) and theres nobody at reception until you call them (they leave a number at the door and they come up in 2minutes). "We loved our stay at Penelope Villas, the villa was very well kept, spacious, modern, well equipped and in a great location. With just 4 villas it was quiet, but literally a 5 minute drive from Sami main promenade with a great selection of restaurants and shops.
