"l’accueil a été très glacial à l’arrivée et Pour le départ cela n’a pas été glacial, ça a été complètement inexistant,nous avons eu ni de bonjour, ni de au revoir rien. On nous a regardé, j’ai trouvé ça stupéfiant. Nous avons dit bonjour Messieurs dame et personne nous a répondu. Heureusement qu’il y avait une personne très aimable à l’accueil du casino. Ça nous a redonné le sourire Mais j’ai trouvé cela vraiment pas digne du tout d’un hôtel Mercure"
