Melissa at reception was extremely helpful and welcoming. Our checkout time was 12pm, and as our driver was not picking us up until 1pm, the hotel kindly allowed my family and other guests who checked out that day to stay and enjoy lunch, which we really appreciated. The indoor pool, spa, and Turkish hammam bath were excellent and very relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable overall. The food was very good but it would have been even better with more options for children. Overall, a fantastic experience and great value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return.

Staying with little children at this hotel was incredibly easy. I highly recommend it for families, as they even have dedicated food sections for kids and vegetarians. The swimming pool is a good size, though I wish the slides were open longer, as we didn't get enough time to enjoy them. There was a great variety of food available every day, and the rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff were also helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, all facilities were always cleaned from rooms to pool area and dining areas. Food variety was good. Very convenient as near Land of Legends 20 mins walk. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, even though many didn't speak English.The variety of food, especially the unique breakfast donuts, was a highlight. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the hotel maintained a high standard of cleanliness, even with guests walking in and out in wet swimsuits.I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children. It’s conveniently located near the airport and offers easy access to the Land of Legends and local markets.

A very good all inclusive hotel which is ideal for the.families with children which we enjoyed very much. However our honest suggestion is for the hotel to have the water slides open for a bit longer as the opening hours are just too short for a long day. The buffet meals are of wide range but it would be good if the names of all the dishes are displayed as we had to guess what most of the dishes were. Finally none of the a la carte restaurants were open during our stay which was bit disappointing as we were looking forward to try them in one of the evenings and there was no notices as to why they were closed. Regardless we had a great time at Aydinbey Queen's Palace and if the above suggestions are taken into account it will definitely be a flawless place to stay and enjoy with the family!

Nice hotel with spacious family room.

Nice hotel, although there aren't any grounds to walk around in. Food was ok, but a bit repetitive. Pool is big and nice for all. Family rooms were nice and spacious, room cleaning done daily, AC very good. No information about evening shows and sometimes there weren't any. Gozelme stand was open on random days, no info. If you can help it don't use the rip off taxis to goto land of legends (it's a 15 min walk)

Nice hotel, very close to The land of Lagends, very friendly staff with ALL INCLUSIVE DINING. Only One problem.... the house keeping staff always forget thing when making up the room!!! Towles Duvet cover Pillow cases Blankets... Every time they must leave one or two things undone.

Very rude staff, hotel cleaning did not clean the rooms properly, and there was kids banging on our doors then running away. I called the reception regarding this issue and they did absolutely nothing I left 2 days early because I was unable to get any sleep, I was treated poorly by the staff (Yildiray was the receptionist who was very rude), and the rooms were not cleaned properly

On arrival I was greeted by the Manager Mr Orcun who had a very hospitable approach. During my stay it was busy which shows that there’s a lot of excellent qualities within the service presentation. Breakfast is excellent and there’s staff willing to serve you until it’s time to leave the food hall. You can even have your your eggs done to your liking etc. Food is nice and fresh also the area always clean. That’s more than 6 stars in my book. My check out time would have been too early due to a late flight departure. After speaking with Guest Relation Manager Ms Tamara and Mr Burpham who is an interpreter on site. Together with my 4 friends, our hotel bookings extended at no extra cost. No stress and only happiness 👍😊 What an excellent service. 5 stars is not enough and I wish them all the best. I will return very soon 👍 and already recommend this quality to many friends.

Dirty rooms Rude staff. Not good with dealing with complaints. Air-conditioned keep switching off. Dirty bathroom. Worn out towels. We had to keep rongong for extra towels. They gave us 3 towels for 4 of us. Uncomfortable bed. Flat pillows. We requested for extra pillows and told not available. They will bring some tomorrow. Next day same response. When we complaint. We got 2 pillows with no covers! There is no iron. Mini bar has only water and 2 juices! The buffet is mediocre. Poor quality food. No proper turkish cuisine. It was more quantity than quality. Limited
