"This place hasn't had the pools working for months and do not disclose this information when booking. Once I reserved i called and they said it possibly would be fixed and open for that day we were coming. Lies! They say that to everyone for months. The breakfast starting with the staff was a terrible experience the older gentleman that was at the omelet bar is RUDE. On the other end there was a line of people waiting to get food because there was no clean plates. The eggs were drowning in water. The 2nd elevator is also out of order so if your room is on opposite side of building it makes it inconvenient. People smoke weed right outside of the hotel doors throughout the whole day. We would not recommend this place and will not being staying here again."

"No one broke into my car and i didn't see any bugs. That's the best i can say for this place. I have pretty low standards, and i would not book here again. The facilities are extremely outdated. The whole place needs a few coats of paint and some elbow grease, not to mention a new elevator, some hardcore parking lot cleanup and room repairs. The staff was incredibly nice and it was surprisingly quiet but i left a night early to go check in elsewhere. "

"Terrible stay will never stay here again! Room didn’t have no bathroom linen. Sink had a leak from The pipe called down said someone would come up and that I could switch my room . Nobody never came up. Called next day to talk to a manager staff was very rude and just put me on hold. 0/10 do not recommend"

"There was a dirty towel hanging on the back of bathroom door. The water pressure was a trickle from the bathroom sink. Very noisy. "

"Unkept hotel, breakfast buffet was terrible. Food was cold, and the entire area was unkept and food, not replenished. Numerous stains on the rug in the hotel room ice machine did not work on two floors and then to top it up, which is totally disgusting was a child went to the bathroom in the swimming pool and we heard about it from another child, leaving the pool with their mother, needless to say that turned us off from even using the pool, which we had intended to do overall I would never recommend this hotel to anybody or go there again and upon checking out, no one even asked us how our stay was"

"The breakfast menu was fresh and delicious. It was missing potatoes tho, but those waffles!! Hotel was extremely clean and modernized. The only complaint of my whole stay was the fact that the TV (and rest of the pier near the beds) turn off in the middle of the night. I’m a TV sleeper so every time the TV turned off I immediately woke up and struggled to get it back on. Despite that I would absolutely stay again! "
