"Hair all over the blankets. When we asked them for more pillows they said “f*** you bye”. All we did is politely ask for pillows yet they cursed at us and shut the phone in our face. "

"Parking was easy, however you might have to struggle against hikers parking there for the trek to Wartburg Castle. Highlights are the killer views of the valley & of Wartburg perched on the opposing hill from the cafe, and the wonderful breakfast that comes with the booking. It was an excellent spread. Well done. In the reception they claimed that we had booked a room in the cottage. But no cottages were shown at booking by pictures or in writing, nor in our confirmation.
