"Honestly one of the worst hotel I’ve been to. The room for 3 was clearly for 2, with the 3rd person supposed to either sleep on the sofa that’s not a sofa bed, or in a tiny that’d barely fit a teenager. The staff is nice but the owner, an old lady, is the rudest person I’ve met. I asked for Tabasco and she literally told me to go and buy it myself. The breakfast is terrible, we stopped having it after 3 days because we couldn’t see it anymore. The “pool” is at best a bath tub. This is NOT a 5*,...

"If there is a word that best describes this property its the filoxenia from the staff. Clean hotel, recently renovated pool and bedrooms. Lovely relaxing beach close by. Also easy access to the town and other nearby beaches if one would like to go as an option. Nice restaurants on the main road followed by a local supermarket, bakeries, petrol station. We will be visiting you all soon Stavroulla and Yiannis"

"Firstly the location .. right on the Venetian harbour.. close to everything! The room was beautiful- spacious and well furnished. Breakfast was very good ..a tick list with plenty of options and all felt fresh. The staff were excellent .. couldn’t do enough for you and so friendly! Two minor things for balance .. it was a little noisy in the evenings .. some of the bars were playing music until after midnight and the sound proofing was not the best. "Amazing hotel, staff were so lovely! The food is very tastey and flavourful. The pools were abit cooler but still okay to have a swim in. The rooms are amazing, the staff upgraded us and we had our own plunge pool which was a nice bonus. The spa facilities are brilliant and the massages are amazing. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much!!!!"

Our phone and air were not working, the phone was fixed but we got tired about asking for help with the air as the room gets very muggy because there is not ventilation and a lot of windows. "
