"This hotel/resort is absolutely amazing. It is quiet and beautiful. It reenergized my wife and I after a very busy few years at work that were taxing on us. Staff is amazing, kind, and helpful. The room otherwise was clean and in decent condition and I was happy there was toilet paper and a flushing toilet and the AC worked well. The location was convenient...

"We could not reach CasaVelion due to Covid restriction, the management decided to keep the whole amount of our stay without any kind of refund. The reservation did not allow cancellation, I am aware about this, but for this extraordinary and dramatic event I would expect an extraordinary behaviour. For sure I will never reserve rooms in CasaVelion! "
