"Overall lovely stay, fantastic location, amazing views, rooms and facilities were lovely. Unfortunately we had an incident where 2 parasols blew over onto me whilst walking by the pool, hitting me on the back of the neck. I was given ice. I enquired about writing an accident report for health and safety reasons ( we had several witnesses). The manager said that they don’t do this but I would have needed to go to the hospital to get an official report if they were tp document this. At that time...

"On-site parking. Not walkable to Annecy attractions. The spa area is not useable unless you pay extra."

"Emplacement de rêve avec plage privée, la vue est à couper le souffle, et le spa est superbe. Le restaurant et petit déjeuner sont délicieux. Le staff est très gentil, serviable et attentionné. C’est un sans faute, je reviendrai !"
