"I stayed at this hotel recently and felt there is good potential, especially given its convenient and central location. The overall cleanliness and maintenance, particularly in the bathroom, could be improved, as issues like water seeping onto the floor and limited hand towels affected comfort during the stay.The staff were courteous, but some processes could be better organized. I was contacted late in the evening to provide my passport and additional documentation for their records, which would have been much more convenient and less disruptive if handled fully at check-in.The food was quite average compared with restaurants and hotels of a similar category in Chennai, and did not particularly stand out. With improvements in cleanliness, bathroom maintenance, and front-desk procedures, this hotel could offer a much smoother and more enjoyable guest experience in a very good location."

"Clear modus operandi of this hotel is to be a front for other lesser known and far off hotels in the city. I was denied my reservation despite it being a pre-paid from expedia. They will give any frivolous reason which obviously you would not want to contest in night. I was told a short circuit in room. Hotel usually over books and they try to accommodate extra bookings in their partner hotels. Very systematic arrangement they have. Auto will be waiting outside and ready to take you. Hope expedia and other platforms ban this hotel. Please don’t book if you want to avoid this experience. Especially from low margin platforms like agoda or expedia. Others who arrived at same time as me were given rooms. "
