There is a no bag policy so make sure you have pockets! It may not look huge from the outside but when you walk in you’re at row 70 out of 96! So there is a long way down to walk!

Our stay was very quiet, relaxing. Room was clean. Only one mishap: The first room we had one of the beds were broken. Contacted the front desk and the young gentleman immediately moved us across the hall to another room. Would stay here again.

It was a nice, clean hotel room, easy check-in, nice hot tub and pool area. The only issue was other guests, there were other guests with rooms next to ours that that had children screaming and slamming doors in the hallway, running back and forth, we had to ask them to be more considerate. We were close to the front desk, I would have appreciated them stepping in before we had to.

This hotel is shady and I would warn people to stay away. We had an Expedia reservation and we showed up around 8 PM to check into our room and found out that they had given our room away because it was a “busy weekend”. Thankfully, they had a suite that we could stay in that night, but it was dirty, stains on the sheets, a tiny sofa bed that my two adult children had to squeeze into. The following night we moved into another room, which was better. The next morning, the hotel tried to tell me that the refund they had promised me the night before (for switching into that room) would no longer be issued. After talking to the manager who said he would then issue it, I still haven’t seen it in my credit card activity. We shall see. I would never stay at this hotel again. The breakfast was frozen waffles and a step down from normal hotels. Good thing there is a Bob Evan’s across the street! It is a good location for visiting U of M - that is the only nice thing I can say about this hotel.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The carpet was dirty and paint drippy. Our room door had to be lifted up to force it closed room 124. The bed was clean and the high ceilings were very cool.

The window panes were broken, the bathroom switch made a very loud noise, the hallway smelled of stale tobacco but the bed was comfortable. Vending machines did not work.

You get what you pay for!

I chose this hotel for the price and the fitness room, only to find out that it was closed. I wish hotels would just be honest and inform customers when amenities are closed. The room was very dusty. A quick wipe with a cloth could have taken care of this. This alerted me that the cleaning was insufficient. Breakfast was okay, but the coffee was good. No cups with lids which could prevent spillage when taking to rooms.

The beds were made nicely and were comfortable. However, the carpet was very damp and the room felt incredibly dank. The tiles by the door were very uneven, which made opening the door difficult. There was graffiti on them all that had been painted over, but the graffiti on the back of the bathroom door was still there. The pool was suspiciously green.

There were no towels. They have a pool and there are no towels!!! We had 3 adults in our room and they only supplied the room with 2 Towels. We asked for more towels and we were told that the did Not have any more. So, 3 Adults has to share 2 towels after using the pool and again the next morning to shower. The breakfast cosisted of STEAL bagels, ego waffles, yogurt, and cereal but No milk for the cereal.

Between the apathetic check-in clerk, the room smelling of cigarette smoke, not getting the room I reserved, the pool being closed, the dingy paint, broken fixtures, ripped carpet, door that has clearly been kicked in and not properly repaired, broken door locks, and no screen on the window when we tried to air out the room I am unimpressed. However, the bed was clean without odor and relatively comfortable but that DOESN'T outweigh the other issues.

The front entry inside and out was not swept and cigaret buts on ground. The elevator door track was full of dirt and grime. The carpets in the hallway were dirty. The door lock on the inside did not work. There were people sitting in the hallway. However the room was clean. The beds, towels and bathroom seemed clean. Where was the "suite" and the handy capped accessible room? The person checking me in was sitting down low behind the desk. It would have been more welcoming to stand.

Entry ceiling was leaking. Called hotel ahead to check on pool and hot tub hours before booking. Booked and arrived same day and no hot tub or pool working (pipe broke a week ago). No toilet paper in room (remedied quickly). No paper towels or soap in first floor public bathroom. Bed was fine. TV was small. Lighter found by bed floor in nonsmoking room (not removed by cleaning staff??) Location was convenient for our event and for restaurants. Felt safe. Room was otherwise clean. Breakfast was very meager (coffee, cereal, danish individualky wrapped, bagels—- no milk or cream cheese or butter)

Well our room had no heat. The poor girl working was so stressed out. The maintenance man and her were so amazing and found us a room that had better heat. However, we were just in town for the game so only here one night. The hotel does need a lot of work done. But not bad for the price and just one night.

Room was big but they had unfinished lighting above the jacuzzi tub. Tiles were cracked. Tub wasn't cleaned properly. We cleaned it ourselves before using. The breakfast was horrible. Frozen waffles you put in a toaster, cereal, bagels, and orange juice that tasted nasty.
