"Entrance to the hotel difficult to find. Clean and friendly staff. Room was nothing like the ones advertised probably because we had our dog with us. Overall a pleasant stay. "

"Hotel is well placed in centre of Kings Lynn and although there is no on site parking there is plenty available nearby. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room although basic was fine and we would happily stay at the property again but in a different room. The King Suite where we stayed was directly over the kitchen which in itself wasn’t a problem - the problem was the constant beat from the chefs music which boomed in the room from 9.15am when they presumably started work until the kitchen...

"One of the best spas I have visited. This is due to the friendly welcoming warm staff - specially Rosie who couldn’t do enough for us, she happily showed us around the facilities and made us feel very special. The fun, colourful vibe and swim up cocktails were a treat and the room with the double bath was one of its kind and so memorable. I would come back in a heartbeat - and hope to return later this year"

"The self serve check in machines x 2 were not working. No one the front desk, asked the lady managing the bar she said she would be there in a bit, but in the meantime continued to serve new people coming up to the bar, cleaned multiple tables all the time whilst I was waiting just to check in. Once I asked again and she came over to help,! but she was sickly sweet. I just wanted to check in. 20mins later it finally happened. Room was good, had kettle and tea available for the morning. "I was unable to use my booking as i had 2 funerals to attend. My daughters came instead. They said mum you would have hated it stank everywhere of dogs and they were in the dining room. It seems you are more dog friendly than people friendly"

"Set in the quiet and bucolic Norfolk countryside, this is a lovely place to stay for a quiet retreat. We stayed in an en-suite cabin with two dogs, we were surrounded by woodland and looked out over a lake, of which there are a few within the site. Alongside the great views, we had a comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities and a clean and modern en-suite.
