Second day room smelled like cigarettes. We call the front desk they told us it is probably the room upstairs which is smoking is okay at that room. They didn’t change our room. Terrible experience.

Not a good experience

The biggest disappointment was the language barrier. Only few of day staff were able to speak english. None of the night shift staff were able to speak english. We had water leak in one of our rooms at 3 am, no one was able to understand and help. One of the staff was even giving us hard time and got so aggressive. Breakfast is very simple, not many choices, no fruits and nuts.

Gece giriş yaparken su olmadığını söylediler şok olduk. Neyse sonra yarım saat içinde halledildi. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü idi. Ancak olaylara çok hakim değillerdi ve oteldeki aksaklığı geçiştirmeye çalıştılar. Şehrin merkezinde bir otel olarak böyle bir aksaklık insanı başka nelereler aksıyor diye korkuttu. Onun dışında oda ve banyo küçüktü ancak beklentimizi karşıladı.
