Lovely place to stay

All the staff where wonderful particularly Betül and Emra. The rooms where nice, very clean with comfortable beds. The only negative was the music in the evening, coming from the bar next door.

In overall everything was good. Not much options on the breakfast, but still satisfying. Staff is friendly and helpful. Double room is big enough and the presence of a balcony is very pleasing. One minus is noises from the pub downstairs and from the street, if you an early sleeper or with kids not the best place to stay. But we really enjoyed our stay.

In an easy to find place. It was a great experience to see Anıtkabir with the lights on its covered terrace at night. It has smiling staff and a very sweet cook. They are always around you and polite. Breakfast was clean, tasty and sufficient. You should definitely evaluate the location, price and performance of the product.

Friendly staff, room in rough condition above pub

We chose this hotel because of the proximity to the bus station but we wish we stayed somewhere else. The hotel was in a rough condition. It was mostly clean but there are random holes and lots of wear and tear. Our room did not have a mini fridge. We did not have towels when we checked in. The bathroom had three small bottles of shampoo but no soap. The beds were not comfortable. One of the walls is all windows and we must have our key card in the slot for electricity, so when we return to our room in the late afternoon, it is very hot in the room. You must enter your passport number everytime you return to the room to log in to wifi. The hotel is right above a pub and it’s incredibly loud at night. People at the pub stand outside and smoke cigarettes and the smell and smoke came through the closed windows. Our clothes smelled like cigarettes. Several times at night we heard loud beeps in the hallway. We thought it was smoke alarms from the cigarette smoke but we learned in the morning that it was alarms on the room doors when someone doesn’t close the door all the way. The windows had blackout curtains but it did not matter because the AC unit above the bed had a bright white light that lit up the room. The breakfast was just okay. I would not stay here again.

Terrible experience

The staff was very nice, however the room we got was right next to the lift and there was no soundproofing , and we could hear everything from the hallway and the street. The bathroom didn’t appear to be that clean, there was no seal on the toilet and we only had two half opened toilet paper rolls. We stayed for two nights and we would be headed somewhere else but we had another night booked two days after so we talked to the people in the reception and asked please to get another room , away from the lift because I have trouble sleeping. The person who I think was manager or something of sorts told us that yes, for sure they would find us another room more on the middle of the hallway. Two days later there we were, we checked in again and for our surprise they assigned us the same room. We asked if they didn’t have any other. The receptionist said no and we explained that the “manager” who was also there had said we would give us another. They moved us one floor up, but for our surprise the room was even worse. It smelled damp, we had only one inch of toilet paper, and the noise from the street was deafening. Besides that at 4:3 in the morning the sound from the mosque could be heard as if we were standing next to it. So no sleep again. All in all it was a terrible experience.

1- sular kesildi zaman zaman 2- küllük yoktu 3- 5 gün boyunca hiç temizlik olmadı 4- 5 günlük konaklamamızda sadece bir tuvalet kağıdı bırakılmıştı 5- pencereler kapalı olmasına rağmen aşırı soğuk geliyordu 6- lavabo temiz değildi ve su tıkanıklıktan dolayı kolay akmıyordu 7- sadece konumundan dolayı çok zorda kalırsanız sokakta kalmaktan iyidir
