Excellent and Cozy environment. Staff were super friendly and willing to assist. Very few understand English and couldn't fine Qibla direction in the room. However, later discovered it was inside one of the drawers! Overall, it was an excellent place to stay!

Good value for money and an enjoyable stay.

The steam room did not work 1 day neither did the whirlpool. I had a massage which was excellent. The curtains in my room did not close properly and let light in and I found that disturbing as light keeps me awake. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and the food was tasty and good value for money. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I will stay here again.

Me ha decepcionado mucho, habitación muy pequeña, caja fuerte no funciona y no hacen nada, servicio de comida no te atienden si no hablas turco, el wifi no funciona correctamente, no hay un espacio "oficina" para trabajar y/o imprimir, no hay acceso directo al centro comercial como otros hoteles que están pegado a algun centro comercial, para la planta 13 sólo funciona un ascensor y tarda mucho en llegar... yo no volvería y nunca dejo comentarios negativos, pero éste Hotel me ha decepcionado.

Girişteki arkadaşın eşyalarımızı alması güzeldi.Resepsiyonda karşılama yapan Görkem bey baya ilgili bir arkadaş.Oda güzeldi fakat küçüktü.Gayet temiz bir otel.Yemekleri enfes...Fiyatları 5 yıldızlı otele göre bence gayet iyi.Alkollü seçenekler çok.Sadece odada 2 kişi yemek yiyeceğimiz bir yer yok.Mecbur yatakta yedik.Bi ara oda servisine ulaşamamak dışında ve istediğim sigarayı almakta zorlanmaktan başka bir sorun olmadı.Ki bunlar da sorun değildi.Genel olarak konaklamam 10/9 du.Teşekkürler Alegria...
