"Hotel and room were great. Airport shuttle instructions were very vague and when we arrived in Lisbon we got conflicting guidance to the shuttle Pick-up point from both airport staff and police. Tried texting the hotel with no timely response. Ended-up catching an Uber and strongly recommend that option."

"We stay overnight during a 12 hour layover and it was great because the hotel has AC (important during an heat wave event; not all hotels in Europe have this); and it is literally 5 min walk from the arrivals gates. Super safe and well lit path to the hotel. Check in is 24/7. Only critique would be charging ports in the room are no super convenient. The usb port in our room was under the TV and not by the night stand. Also, hotel mattress in Europe seem to not be soft because in the 3 hotels we stayed during our vacation, the mattresses were noticeably firm. Not necessarily a bad thing. But worth mentioning if this is a preference. The mattress in this hotel was on the firmer side. I cannot comment on the quality of food as we ended up not using it."
