"The property, cleanliness and staff are great. The beds are comfortable and our room size was superb for a city hotel. The breakfast is outstanding and definitely should not be missed. The big minus point is they don't give milk (small containers that hotels use) for your tea or coffee in the room and it is troublesome to call housekeeping and get some milk to the room especially when you just wake up and want a nice cup of coffee! The mini fridge doesn't cool as well as it should too."

"Rooms are beautiful. Staff is super lenient if you arrive before check in and try and get you into a room as soon as possible at no additional charge. All three onsite restaurants are phenomenal. Staff is very friendly from the doorman, the front desk, and guest services. 24 hour room service comes in handy when your jet lagged and hungry. Their spa is ranked one of the best in Portugal and for good reason. I had two two treatments and both were amazing. The spa staff is so attentive. Gym is open 24 hrs. The deluxe panoramic room is a good option. I had beautiful views of the bridge and the Tagus River. Very secure. Staff on call 24/7. Hotel airport transport is a 10/10 and they offer a daily free shuttle to/from town at no additional cost. Will definitely stay here again."

"The hotel is really nice and in a very nice area. There is a mall across the street and the aquarium is very close. You can walk to several nice restaurants. Honestly, everything is within walking distance. Everything was clean, and the staff was very accommodating and kind! Check out is also free until 2 PM which was a nice bonus. I would definitely return and recommend."
