"The hotel is in a great location but standards have slipped in the last year.
The breakfast was terrible, off fruit that was clearly days old and juice that tasted like the water that was used to wash it.
We pointed out the bad fruit to find the next day it had been converted to the tropical juice. With the same off smell. Frankly, bad oranges should be a crime in Portugal.
Pastries were fine if you want a starchy breakfast and the cooked offering was poor. Grey scrambled eggs, raw looking...

"The pictures shown on the listing were falsely advertising the hotel. The street outside the building was not clean and the inside of the building was not maintained or in good condition, and often carried a strange smell. The walls were also very thin and every noise from another apartment or room was heard and it often kept us up at night."

"This was by far the worst hotel experience of our trip to Lisbon. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. We weren't even greeted. "I booked thinking it was a hotel, but it turned out to be a converted flat with many different rooms. Overall, it was a good stay.
Pros:
-Very close to the Metro Green Line.
-Air conditioner and a comfortable bed.
-Very clean (mostly), and the host was nice.
Cons:
-No front desk, and some random people were hanging out on that street. I would not recommend it for a single woman traveler.
-Some of the pillows smelled musky."

"Beautifully decorated, very clean room with a modern kitchen. The lobby is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of desks, tables, chairs, and a complimentary coffee machine. It’s also an easy walk to supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés.
The only issue was the shower drain, which was extremely slow. We informed the front desk and they sent someone to check it, but unfortunately there was no improvement."
